  • Details of high-pressure pipelines
Details of high-pressure pipelines are connecting parts of pipelines designed for laying pipelines for various purposes, used for turns, bends, curvatures, tilts, bypasses, changing the pipe diameter and for cases of temporary non-use of the pipeline. Bends can be made of steel with increased corrosion and cold resistance, as well as of alloy steels. Our bends are divided into: steeply bent solid-stretched bends and bent cold-rolled bends.

  • Steam boiler collectors
A steam boiler collector is an element for collecting or distributing the working medium, which is a thick-walled steel welded cylindrical structure and combines a group of pipes. According to their purpose, collectors are divided into steam, water, superheater collectors and collectors of small diameters, used, as a rule, for water economizers. Collectors are made of pipes of steel grades: 20, 15ГС, 15ХМ, 12Х1МФ, 15Х1М1Ф. For the production of collectors, the company has highly qualified personnel engaged in the production cycle, which in combination with the control of technologists ensures the high quality of the collectors produced for steam boilers.

  • Air heater
The air heater is a device heated by combustion products and designed to heat the air sent to the furnace of the boiler unit (boiler). Air heating in the air heaters occurs due to the heat of the exhaust gases and increases the efficiency of the boiler plant as a whole. Air heaters, along with water economizers and superheaters, are among the so-called tail heating surfaces of the boiler.

  • Superheater
A superheater is a device designed to overheat steam, that is, to increase its temperature above the saturation point. The use of superheated steam can significantly increase the efficiency of the steam installation. Superheated steam is widely used to power turbines in thermal power plants. There are also nuclear reactor projects where part of the process channels is used to superheat steam before being fed to turbines. Superheaters are divided into:
– convective superheaters;
– pipes of the ceiling superheater;
– radiation superheaters;
– screen superheaters;
– wall-ceiling superheaters.

  • Water economizers for all types of boilers
A water economizer is a device designed to heat water or air in a boiler installation using the heat of the outgoing combustion products of fuel, which move from top to bottom for better heat exchange, and water moves from bottom to top. The economizer increases the efficiency of the boiler plant. The field of economizers’ application is heating of feed water of steam boilers and water of heat supply systems. Boiler economizers are made of either smooth or finned pipes. Economizers for higher temperatures and pressures are made of smooth steel pipes. The water economizer is made in the form of steel smooth-tube and steel ribbed pipes. Water economizers for operation at a pressure of up to 2.3 MPa and feed water temperature below the dew point temperature of flue gases or non-aerated water are made of smooth or ribbed steel pipes. The heating surface in this case is formed of ribbed pipes connected to bypass water into coils by smooth-tube V-shaped rolls, usually removed from the zone of direct heating by combustion products for the lining of copts, which provides convenience of repair and increases the reliability of the water economizer.

  • Gas-tight boiler heating panels
Gas-tight boiler heating panels (boiler shields) are devices designed for the transfer of coolant in energy technology boilers, steam superheaters, economizers, waste heat boilers, etc. The boiler shield is located in the furnace and serves to produce steam from the water circulating through the pipes of this shield and protecting the boiler wall from the direct impact of the flame. Technical requirements in the design and manufacture comply with the technical regulations «Safety requirements for steam and hot water boilers»

  • Steam coolers
A steam cooler is a heat exchanger for regulating (lowering) the temperature of superheated steam in a boiler unit or in front of a turbine. When changing the operating mode of the boiler unit, the temperature of the superheated steam can vary widely, in this case, a steam cooler is necessary to prevent excessive overheating of the superheater or to ensure normal operating conditions of the steam turbine. Steam coolers are usually installed in an intermediate collector, which receives partially superheated steam, or at the steam outlet of the superheater. Steam cooling in the steam cooler is achieved by removing heat from the steam with feed water, which is either passed through the tubes of the heat exchanger (surface steam coolers), or directly injected into the apparatus (injection steam coolers) and in this case condensate is often used for injection.

  • Condenser
A condenser is a heat exchanger or a heat exchanger in which the condensation process is carried out, the process of phase transition of a coolant from a vaporous state to a liquid state due to heat removal by a cooler coolant. The main purpose of the condensing device is to create and maintain the lowest possible pressure in the exhaust part of the turbine, condensation of spent steam and its return to the power system of steam boilers. It is known that the higher the initial and the lower the final parameters of steam, the greater the available heat transfer will be and most of the thermal energy of steam can be converted into mechanical work. A decrease in pressure below atmospheric pressure occurs in the condenser due to the fact that the steam entering it is artificially cooled. The steam condenses when cooled, and its volume decreases many times.

  • Flowmeters with constricting devices
Flowmeters with constricting devices are based on the dependence of the pressure drop on the constricting device on the flow rate. They are designed to create a pressure drop when measuring the flow of water and water vapor by the method of variable pressure drop.

Flow meters with constricting devices include blocks with a nozzle and blocks with a diaphragm.

  • Support and suspension system
The support and suspension system (SSS) is designed for underground and aboveground laying and installation of pipelines in various industries, thermal power plants, power plants, gas pipelines, boiler houses and oil pipelines. Pipeline supports are an important part of the pipeline system. They allow moving and fixing pipelines in both vertical and horizontal positions. The supports also serve as a fixation and allow reducing abrasion, transferring axial, vertical and transverse loads and, it is the most importantly, reducing the torque on the ground or on the supporting structure.
